Pelikan M815 Metal Striped Green Fountain Pen

The Souverän® M815 Metal Striped Green marks the next evolution of Pelikan’s celebrated Metal Striped series, introducing a rich new colour interpretation that blends technical mastery with contemporary elegance. Conceived for collectors and discerning writers alike, this Special Edition transforms the signature striped architecture into a refined statement of depth, balance and presence.

The pen features a sophisticated composition of polished metal stripes and deep green elements, creating a luminous contrast that enhances the iconic silhouette of the Souverän line. The solid metal barrel provides a distinctive weight and exceptional stability in hand, reinforcing the sense of precision and luxury that defines every writing experience.

Green has long been inseparable from Pelikan’s identity. Deeply rooted in the history of the Souverän line, it is more than a colour: it is a symbol of continuity, creativity, and timeless elegance. From the earliest striped barrels to today’s writing instruments, this distinctive shade has come to embody the very essence of the brand.

Following the success of Metal Striped Black and Metal Striped Blue, this new edition revisits Pelikan’s emblematic colour through a deeper, more intense interpretation. Here, green reveals a darker and more sophisticated character, brought to life through the interplay of polished metal and lacquer. Light moves across the surface, alternately reflecting and absorbing, creating a dynamic visual experience that evolves with every gesture.

Faithful to the craftsmanship of Pelikan, the M815 Metal Striped Green is finished with palladium-plated rings and clip, and equipped with a hand-finished 18-carat gold nib fully rhodium-coated for a brilliant silver appearance. With its harmonious blend of material, colour and engineering, this edition offers a powerful new expression of modern refinement within a timeless design tradition — reaffirming Pelikan’s legacy through one of its most iconic colours.
