Thank you for shopping with Pencraft the Boutique. We carefully package every order to ensure your premium pens, inks, and stationery arrive safely and in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing Times
We aim to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within **one business day** of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or South Australian public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, carrier details, and estimated delivery window.
2. Australian Shipping Options
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, seasonal demand, and Australia Post service levels.

Free Shipping
Orders over $99 within Australia receive complimentary standard shipping (a $7.50 saving) and orders over $129 within Australia receive complementary EXPRESS shipping (a $9.95 saving).
3. New Zealand Shipping Options
We ship to New Zealand using Australia Post International. Delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance.

Free Express Shipping to NZ
Orders over $159 NZD receive complimentary Express international shipping.
Important: New Zealand customers may be charged customs duties or taxes on delivery. These are set by New Zealand Customs and are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Important Delivery Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.
- If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.
- Once handed to Australia Post, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage in transit.
- Deliveries may require a signature. If you are not home, Australia Post will leave a collection card.
- We normally ship all items together. Mixed in-stock and pre-order orders will be held until everything is ready (unless you request separate dispatch).
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Track your parcel easily on the Australia Post website or app.
For tracking or delivery enquiries after dispatch, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
Lost parcels: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@pencraftsa.com.au. We will investigate with Australia Post and arrange a replacement or full refund.
Damaged parcels: If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us immediately with clear photos of the outer packaging and items. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund and handle any claim with Australia Post.
Please retain your tracking details and original packaging for at least 14 days after delivery.
7. International Shipping (Outside Australia & New Zealand)
We do not offer standard international shipping outside Australia and New Zealand at this time.
We are happy to consider special international orders on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at info@pencraftsa.com.au with your country, the items you want, and we will provide a personalised quote including shipping, estimated delivery, and any customs information.
8. Special & Pre-Orders
Pre-order and special-order items will show an estimated dispatch date at checkout. We will keep you informed of any changes. The full order will ship together once all items are available, unless you request otherwise.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy occasionally. Changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
