All Australian orders dispatched from our Warehouse are shipped with Australia Post
If you place your order by 11am ACST Time (Monday-Friday), we'll ship it that same business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will be sent Monday morning.
We ship five days a week, Monday through Friday. Sometimes our mail pickup comes in early afternoon, so tracking for orders shipped later that day may not update until the following business day.
You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has shipped.
We ship all orders with Australia Post, who has provided the following estimates for delivery:
Domestic shipping timeframes:
Standard: 5 - 10 business days
Express: 2 - 5 business days
International shipping imeframes:
Australia Post estimates international delivery can be up to 10 - 28 business days. Please note this is a guide only and does not include any customs processing time upon arrival at the destination.
Please note that Pencraft is not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Australia Post to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has left Australia.

Delivery outside Australia: At present Pencraft only offers shipping to Australia.

Return & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pencraft purchase.
Need to make a return? It's easy. Please contact us within 14 days of placing your order to get the process started.
You'll need to have your original order number and your email address ready so we can discuss which items you wish to return, the reason for return, and your options for credit note or reimbursement.
During the return process, email updates will be sent to the original purchaser.
We're happy to provide full reimbursement on products that are returned to us unused, in the state you received them, and which include all of the original packaging (such as the pen case, warranty papers, cartridges and converters, etc). If you need to return a product because the item is damaged or defective, we’ll also take care of you! Should your return call for a shipping reimbursement, we are only able to reimburse up to the shipping costs of the original order. Please keep this in mind as you choose your return shipping method.
For international addresses, you will be responsible for paying for and printing your own label.
Upon arrival, be sure to handle and inspect any new pens. Once the pen touches ink, we can still accept it, but there will be a restocking fee of 10% incurred for preferential returns.
We are unable to accept returns on any item, whether used or new, that came free with another product. In addition, we cannot accept pens or nibs if they have been modified in any way, or any of the following items if they’ve been used: ink or paper.
We are not able to refund or replace free items. Returns that include a free item (i.e. gift with purchase) may not be eligible for full reimbursement. Feel free to reach out to us for details on your specific situation.

In addition to following Australian Consumer Law regarding returns, we will do our best to accommodate your needs should you wish to return or exchange an item.

Many of the writing instruments that we range can be personalised by engraving.
We can facilitate hand engraving or laser engraving, but as these services are completed off site, please understand that it may extend the window for delivery.

We recommend that all Montblanc engraving be completed through the Montblanc Service Centre to maintain the warranty on your writing instrument. They provide laser engraving.
Montblanc also offer leather embossing through their service centre.
