Delivery outside Australia: At present Pencraft only offers shipping to Australia.

Pickup orders with all items in stock are usually picked & ready to be collected within 1-2 business hours of being placed depending on the size of the order and how busy the team at the store are.

Delivery orders with all items in stock are usually picked & dispatched within 1 business day. However, it may take us a bit longer to get through all the orders after weekends and public holidays.

You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has shipped.

We send all orders with Australia Post, who has provided the following estimates for delivery:

Domestic shipping

• Parcel Post: 2 - 7 business days
• Express Post: 1 - 3 business days

International shipping imeframes:
Australia Post estimates international delivery can be up to 7-16 business days. Please note this is a guide only and does not include any customs processing time upon arrival at the destination.

Shipping Policy:
Please note that Pencraft is not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Australia Post to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has left Australia.

Please note that all shipping timeframes are from the time of dispatch.

All our deliveries require a signature on delivery, so someone will need to be present to sign for the order when delivery is attempted. If no one is available, or the delivery partner is not able to safely reach the premises your order will be taken to the local post office or collection depot and a card will be left for you with collection details.

Pencraft reserves the right to ask for your personal identity (ID) before shipping orders, in case, ID needs to be provided with 24 hours, therwise your order will be cancelled.

Many of the writing instruments can be personalised by engraving or embossing.

We can facilitate hand engraving or laser engraving, but as these services are completed off site, please understand that it may extend the window for delivery.

We recommend that Pencraft processors all Montblanc engraving through the Montblanc Service Centre to maintain the warranty on your writing instrument.
