Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties (typically 1–5 years). These warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by Pencraft the Boutique. We can assist with warranty claims where possible.

We guarantee that items will arrive undamaged and as described. If an item is faulty or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 14 days with photos and details so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, damage from incompatible inks, or damage after delivery.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to the prices and terms shown at checkout and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock issues. If we cancel your order, we will refund you promptly.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. In-stock orders are usually dispatched within one business day. Delivery times are estimates only. Once lodged with Australia Post, we are not responsible for delays or loss in transit.
