In 1967, after extensive testing by NASA, the Space Pen was selected for Apollo 7 and has been used on all manned space flights since. The Shuttle Space Pen, introduced during the Space Shuttle Program, is the current pen used by astronauts on the ISS.

Proudly made in the USA from solid brass with chrome plating, the Shuttle Pen is thinner and lighter than the AG7, with a sleek, modern design. It features a unique click mechanism with a top button to extend the point and a side release button to retract.
