We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

Used or opened items may not be eligible for a full refund.
Used Items
A 10 percent restocking fee applies to returns of used pens when the return is based on personal preference rather than a product fault.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@pencraftsa.com.au to request a return. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing and packing your order. Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
