Our Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. To ensure a smooth process, please follow our return guidelines.
Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- Unworn, with tags still attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Used Items:
A 10% restocking fee applies to returns of used pens made as a preference-based request.
How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at info@pencraftsa.com.au to start your return. If approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Free gifts received with other products
- Modified pens or nibs
- Used ink or paper
Exchanges:
To make an exchange, simply return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
